Regardless, you said you have never seen the SPL's fail like that. Have you ever seen the SPL's that far extended? Probably not. They were never meant for such extreme adjustments. In fact, no camber arms are. This is why Powertrix makes a version specifically for this kind of application. it is not a design flaw. It's that it was used for an extreme measurement that it was never meant to handle, hence the extended version which is meant for it. The reason you've never seen SPL fail in this way is probably due to the fact that the OP's settings were pretty extreme and most people aren't set that far let alone owners of the SPL arms.

I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway. If someone else wants to perform a modification that you believe will destroy the value, cheapen the Z32 or whatever you can't sit on your hands about, wouldn't that make your tastefully-modified, white bread Z32 more rare and valuable? -- BradZ (FL) on December 23, 2007 at 12:19 PM The unicorn gets its revenge... -- Scotts94z32 on September 19, 2006 at 11:12 AM CLICK FOR DETAILS ABOUT BUYING A ZAMA POSTER!!!!
